When you have your container at the ready, the first thing you do is to see how much your container weighs before filling it up. This is so you only pay for the product you put inside it. When weighing your container, the weighing scale you use in store will print out a label with the weight of your container. Make sure to then stick the label on your container so you have it for future reference - once you’ve done this you never have to do this step again!

Once you know how much your container weighs, you can then move on to the fun bit of filling them up with the product you want by using our wall dispensers and scoop bins.

Once you are satisfied with what you have, come to the counter with your container where we will weigh the product you have and charge you by the weight of what is inside. So you get exactly what you pay for!
